Buy LinkedIn Sales Navigator: $30 a Month on the Account You Already Use

Sales Navigator Advanced through Searcora costs $30 for one month, $90 for three, $170 for six, $340 for twelve — a Sales Nav licence seat assigned to the email on your own LinkedIn profile, which you accept yourself. No password is ever requested, and activation typically completes within 24 hours. That is genuinely below LinkedIn’s own published rate, and the reason is boring rather than clever: a seat assignment and a retail subscription are two different transactions, priced differently. No coupon, no partner status, no authorisation from LinkedIn.

If you have never used the tool, stop here. LinkedIn runs its own free trial, granted once per account. A first look should cost you nothing, and paying us for one would be a waste of your money. Read the trial rules and what happens when it ends first, and come back when you already know the filters are worth paying for.

On your own account

The seat attaches to your existing profile. Connections, message history and content stay where they are, under your control, throughout and after the term.

Typically within 24 hours

Most orders are live the same working day once payment clears, and the current timing is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Step one

What it costs: from $30 a month, against LinkedIn’s published $159.99

Four terms, one tier, one figure each. The third column is the price divided by the months, so you see what a row really costs per month before committing.

Bar chart of Sales Navigator Advanced activation prices: $30 for one month, $90 for three months, $170 for six months and $340 for twelve months, with effective monthly cost falling to $28.33
Longer terms lower the monthly cost. Terms are fixed and do not auto-renew.
Searcora activation prices for Sales Navigator Advanced, in USD, per seat, paid once at the start of the term.
Term Price Works out to Suits you if Order
1 month $30 $30.00 / month You want to test the filters and InMail volume against your own market first. Order 1 month
3 months $90 $30.00 / month You are running a defined campaign and want the seat live for its whole length. Order 3 months
6 monthsMost ordered $170 ≈ $28.33 / month Prospecting is a standing part of your week. Order 6 months
12 months $340 ≈ $28.33 / month Outbound fills your pipeline all year and the seat is a budget line. Order 12 months

Each term in detail

The same four options as the table above, with what each one actually suits. Every price is the total for the whole term, paid once.

Sales Navigator for 1 Month — $30

The cheapest honest way to answer “is this worth it for my market”. $30 for the month, against LinkedIn’s published $159.99 for Advanced. Run your real searches, see how many of the 50-plus filters actually narrow your list, and spend the InMail credits before deciding on anything longer.

Order this term

Sales Navigator for 3 Months — $90

$90 for the term, still $30 a month. This is the one to take when you have a defined campaign with a start and an end — a launch, a territory, a quarter — and you want the seat live for all of it without a subscription running on afterwards.

Order this term

Sales Navigator for 6 Months — $170

$170 for the term, about $28.33 a month. Six months is roughly where prospecting habits become visible in the pipeline rather than in the activity log — long enough for follow-up sequences to complete and for saved-lead alerts to have surfaced something you would not have found on your own.

Order this term

Sales Navigator for 12 Months — $340

The lowest rate we offer: $340 for the year, about $28.33 a month, against LinkedIn’s published $1,799.88 for twelve months of Advanced. Worth noting the arithmetic: Core bought monthly comes to $360 a year, so twelve months of Advanced here costs less than a year of Core and includes the team features.

Order this term

One month and three carry the same monthly figure, so take three only for continuity. The step down happens at six months and holds at twelve. Comparing LinkedIn’s own published rates first? That belongs on the price guide.

These are Searcora’s own activation prices, not LinkedIn list prices and not a rate granted by LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Searcora Digital Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with LinkedIn unless stated otherwise.

The obvious question

Why It Costs Less Than LinkedIn’s Own Price

Because it is a different transaction, not a discounted one. If a page cannot answer this question, that is the moment to close it.

Sales Navigator licences are managed as seats. A licence is assigned to an email address, and the person at that address accepts the invitation while signed into their own LinkedIn account. That is the documented route any organisation uses to put its people on the tool, and it is the route used here — with your email, on your profile. Seat assignment and retail self-checkout are priced differently, and that gap is the whole explanation for the figure above.

What it is not. There is no coupon code for Sales Navigator, none is applied here, and Searcora is not a LinkedIn partner, reseller or affiliate. Nothing on this page is authorised or endorsed by LinkedIn. The seat itself is an ordinary Advanced seat — the same search filters, the same lead and account lists, the same alerts, and whatever InMail allowance LinkedIn sets for that tier. Nothing is simulated, throttled, or shared with anyone else.

LinkedIn, direct (US)US$159.99US$1,799.88
LinkedIn, direct (UK)£130.00£1,499.88

LinkedIn’s figures read from its own compare-plans page on 21 August 2026, which carries LinkedIn’s note that listed prices may exclude VAT or GST. Check it yourself — it changes, and this page will not always be first to notice.

On the pound figure above. LinkedIn sets each region separately rather than converting, so its UK price is not the dollar price at any exchange rate. Our own prices stay in US dollars for the same reason in reverse: a sterling equivalent would move daily and stop being true the moment we published it. You get the dollar total before you pay anything; what your bank charges to convert is between you and your bank. Full working on the UK pricing breakdown.

If you would rather not take our word for it

The same activation is listed on Upwork, and buying it there is a reasonable thing to do — particularly on a first order from a company you have not dealt with before. Your payment is held under Upwork’s Payment Protection rather than paid to us directly, Upwork handles the dispute if something goes wrong, and the feedback on that listing is written by clients and cannot be edited by Searcora.

The package structure there is different from the term-based pricing above — Upwork lists fixed tiers rather than one, three, six and twelve month terms — so compare the two before choosing. Neither route changes what you receive: an ordinary Advanced seat assigned to your own email address, accepted on your own LinkedIn profile.

View the Sales Navigator activation listing on Upwork — the profile behind it, its trading record and its client feedback are all on Upwork, not published here.

Step two

Core or Advanced for this purchase

Both are available. For a single buyer the term structure usually decides it, not the feature list.

The Advanced tier in full — features, list price and terms — is on the Sales Navigator Advanced page.

LinkedIn’s published rates were observed in August 2026 and change without notice — check their own site.
Sales Navigator Core Sales Navigator Advanced

Team, reporting and Smart Links layer No Yes
Sensible pick when You want one rolling month at a time and no team features You want a fixed term, and the longer terms cost less per month

Core has no multi-month structure, so six months of Core at $30 costs more than the six-month Advanced term at $170. That is the whole decision for most single buyers. For the feature-by-feature argument: Core vs Advanced, compared properly.

The product

What you actually receive

A standard Sales Navigator seat on your own profile, plus the work Searcora does around it. Nothing is modified or simulated.

Search that filters properly

Job title, seniority, headcount, geography, industry and years in role — filters ordinary search will not give you.

InMail allowance

Around 50 InMail messages a month on Advanced, for contacting people outside your network. LinkedIn sets the exact allowance.

Lead and account lists

Save prospects and target companies into lists you work through and revisit, rather than re-searching each week.

Alerts and buyer signals

Notifications when a saved lead changes role or posts, plus intent signals on accounts — real reasons to make contact.

No commercial-use limit

Unlimited people browsing, so heavy prospecting does not stop you mid-month the way the free account does.

What Searcora adds

Seat assignment, activation handling, an invoice on request, and 30 days of working support from the day it goes live.

Features and credit allowances are set by LinkedIn and vary by region and account type; their own plan pages are the definitive list. New to the tool? Start with what Sales Navigator is.

How this works

How licence-seat activation works

Four-step flow showing a LinkedIn licence seat being assigned to your own email address, accepted on your own account, with no password involved at any step
The same four steps for Sales Navigator. You accept inside your own logged-in session.

Sales Navigator licences are managed as seats. A seat is assigned to an email address, and the person at that address accepts the invitation while signed into their own LinkedIn account. That is LinkedIn’s documented process for any organisation putting its people on the tool, and it is the process used here — with your email, on your profile.

In practice: no password is requested, shared or needed. Nobody signs in as you. No browser extension is installed. Your profile, connections and message history stay untouched. The only change is that Sales Navigator appears in your own account.

It also explains why the figure here differs from LinkedIn’s month-to-month retail rate: a seat assignment and a retail subscription are different transactions, priced differently. That is the whole of it — no coupon, no partner status, no authorisation from LinkedIn. The step-by-step version is on the activation guide.

On the record

A Customer of Two Years, in His Own Words

Before you order, here is a customer describing what buying through the same provider has actually been like across roughly two years and several purchases.

1 min 4 sec Recorded by the customer, unscripted Not a paid review Watch on YouTube

One customer's experience, recorded by him, unpaid. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. If you want to check us properly first, the five questions to ask any seller are a better place to start.

Step three

How ordering works, step by step

Five steps, one of which is you clicking a link in your inbox. No account to create, no card stored.

1

Tell us the tier and term

Message on WhatsApp or email with the tier, the term from the table above, and the email address attached to your LinkedIn account. That address is the only detail we need.

2

We confirm before you pay

You get the exact total, the current activation timing and confirmation that the seat is available, in writing. Anything unusual about your case, you hear it now rather than later.

3

Pay in USD

Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer. One payment for the whole term, nothing recurring. First order? You can ask to run it as an Upwork contract instead — Upwork holds the money and runs its own dispute process, on the same profile you can already check. Ask for the invoice here and it is issued with the order.

4

The seat is assigned

The licence is assigned to the address you gave us and LinkedIn sends the invitation there. Check spam if it has not appeared — the most common hold-up.

5

You accept it yourself

Open the invitation while logged into your own LinkedIn account and accept. Sales Navigator appears there, and the 30-day support window starts.

Timeline

What happens after payment, and how long it takes

Activation typically completes within 24 hours of payment clearing, often the same working day. Each stage, who does it, and what slows it down.

Timings are typical, not guaranteed — LinkedIn controls delivery of the invitation email.
Stage Who does it Typical timing What holds it up
Payment confirmed You Minutes to a few hours Bank transfers clear slower than Wise or Payoneer
Seat assigned to your email Searcora Same working day A mistyped address — we read it back to you first
Invitation lands in your inbox LinkedIn Usually within 24 hours Spam filtering, or a full mailbox
You accept the invitation You Under a minute Being logged into a different LinkedIn account in that browser
Sales Navigator appears LinkedIn Immediately on acceptance An address not yet listed on your profile leaves the seat pending
Support window runs Searcora 30 days from activation

If the seat sits pending, the usual cause is an invited address not yet listed on your LinkedIn profile; adding it normally clears it. Every other cause and fix is on Sales Navigator not activating.

Before you commit

What you keep, and what ends when the term does

A seat is a term, not a transfer — better said now than discovered in month twelve.

What you keep, and what ends when the term does
Yours permanently Ends with the term
Your profile, your URL and your login Advanced search filters and saved searches
Every connection you made during the term The monthly InMail allowance
Message and InMail conversation history Lead and account lists inside Sales Navigator
Anything you exported to your own CRM or sheet Alerts, buyer intent signals and Smart Links
Your posts, content and profile views history Access to the Sales Navigator interface itself

Export what you want to keep before the last week. There is nothing to cancel: no card stored, nothing auto-renews, and the account returns to its previous plan. Renewing is simply a new order. Cancelling a plan bought from LinkedIn directly is a separate job — here is how.

Money

Payment, invoicing and what the receipt says

How you pay

Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer, in USD — or an Upwork contract on a first order. One payment covering the whole term, taken once. No card is stored and nothing recurring is set up on your behalf.

Longer terms cost less per month and carry more risk, because a seat sits inside a licence contract for its whole length. What happens if a seat stops working mid-term is set out in the terms, including the part we cannot fix.

What the invoice is

An invoice from Searcora Digital Ltd for the activation service, issued on request and normally enough for expenses. Ask when you order.

What it is not

Not a LinkedIn invoice. A document issued by LinkedIn Corporation only exists where you bought the subscription on their own checkout.

If your finance team specifically requires a receipt issued by LinkedIn Corporation, buy direct — that is the honest answer, and LinkedIn’s current rates sit on the price guide. Where a supplier invoice is accepted, ours does the job.

The terms

Support and the refund position

Covered by 30 days of support

The invitation not arriving. A seat stuck pending. An address that needs adding to your profile first. Re-sending the invitation. Anything about getting the seat live and keeping it live — you message, we work it.

Not covered, stated plainly

Changing your mind part-way through a term you are already using. Results from your outreach. Decisions LinkedIn makes about its own platform, which are theirs alone. We do not promise outcomes.

If the seat cannot be activated and cannot be fixed within the support window, a refund applies as set out in our published terms. Read them before you order — they are short, and they say what they mean.

The seller

Who you are buying from

The long version, with everything checkable in one place: who you are buying from.

Searcora Digital Ltd is a UK registered company at 78 Dulverton Road, London, SE9 3RL, England. The founder is Muhammad Amir, Founder & Local SEO Consultant, working with clients for more than five years. That record is public rather than asserted: the Upwork profile holds Top Rated Plus status, 600+ completed jobs and a 99% Job Success score — Upwork’s own figures, from contracts we cannot edit.

You will not find star ratings, review counters or a wall of quotes on this page. We have not collected reviews on our own site, and inventing them is not on the table. Two things are here instead, and both can be checked: the Upwork record, which sits on a platform we cannot edit, and the customer video higher up this page — recorded by him, not paid for, and about buying the same thing you are reading about.

FAQs

Buying Sales Navigator: direct answers

Message us on WhatsApp or by email with the tier, the term you want, and the email address attached to your LinkedIn account. We confirm the total and current timing before you pay anything. You pay once by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer, or as an Upwork contract if you would rather a platform held the money; the seat is assigned to your email, and you accept the invitation on your own account.
Six months at $170 is the point where the monthly figure drops, and it is the term most people order. Take one month at $30 if you want to test the filters against your own market first. Three months costs the same per month as one, so choose it only for the continuity. Twelve months at $340 suits standing outbound work.
Yes, on the profile you already use. A licence seat is assigned to your own email address, and you accept the invitation while signed into that account. No new account is created for you and nothing is transferred. Your connections, message history and content stay exactly as they are, both during the term and after it ends.
No. Your password is never requested, never shared and is not needed at any stage of this process. The only detail we ask for is the email address attached to your LinkedIn account, because that is where the seat invitation has to be sent. Nobody signs in as you, and no browser extension is installed.
Typically within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, and frequently the same working day. LinkedIn controls delivery of the invitation email, so we confirm the current timing with you in writing before you pay rather than advertising a service level that is not ours to promise. The last step, accepting the invitation, takes you under a minute.
Advanced, for most single buyers, purely on the term structure. Core is $30 a month with no multi-month option, so six months of Core costs $180 against $170 for the six-month Advanced term, and Advanced carries the team, reporting and Smart Links layer as well. Core makes sense if you genuinely want one rolling month at a time.
Yes, on request. Searcora Digital Ltd is a UK registered company and issues an invoice for the activation service, which is what most expense and bookkeeping processes need. Be clear about what it is: the invoice comes from Searcora for its own service, not from LinkedIn Corporation. If your finance team requires a LinkedIn-issued receipt, buy direct instead.
Tell us and we work it through with you inside the 30-day support window. The usual cause is simple: the invitation went to an address not yet listed on your LinkedIn profile, so LinkedIn leaves the seat pending until you add it. If the seat cannot be activated at all and cannot be fixed in that window, a refund applies under our published terms.
LinkedIn’s own subscription lists at $119.99 a month for Sales Navigator Core and $159.99 for Advanced, or $1,079.88 and $1,799.88 paid annually, read from LinkedIn’s pricing pages on 21 August 2026. What Searcora activates is not a subscription: it is a fixed term paid once, from $30 a month, on the LinkedIn account you already use. No card is held, so nothing renews — when the term ends, the licence seat simply lapses and your account, connections and message history stay exactly as they were. The full tier-by-tier list is on Sales Navigator cost.
