LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced: What the Extra Tier Buys
Advanced is Sales Navigator Core plus a team layer: same search, same filters, same 50 InMails a month, with TeamLink, Smart Links, buyer intent and CRM integration on top. At LinkedIn's list price that layer costs an extra $40 a month. Through Searcora the ladder inverts — twelve months of Advanced costs less than twelve of Core — and this page shows the sum rather than asserting it.
What Advanced adds over Core
The search does not change. Every dollar of the gap buys collaboration and integration.
| Both tiers | Advanced only |
|---|---|
| The full 50+ search filters | TeamLink — warm paths through your colleagues' networks |
| Lead and account lists, alerts | Smart Links — trackable content, who opened what |
| 50 InMail messages a month | Buyer intent signals and CSV upload |
| Saved searches and notes | CRM integration, seat admin and reporting |
Solo seller buying month to month? The honest answer is usually Core — the tier-by-tier reasoning is on Core vs Advanced. Advanced Plus is a different purchase again: CRM write-back, seat minimums and a negotiated contract through LinkedIn's sales team, which Searcora does not sell.
Sales Navigator Advanced price, both lists
LinkedIn bills a subscription; Searcora activates a fixed term on your own account for one payment. Different things, shown side by side.
| Term | LinkedIn list (read 21 August 2026) | Through Searcora, your own account |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | US$159.99 | $30 |
| 3 months | US$479.97 at the monthly rate | $90 |
| 6 months | US$959.94 at the monthly rate | $170 |
| 12 months | US$1,799.88 billed annually | $340 |
LinkedIn's prices vary by country and can carry tax; the binding figure is your own checkout screen. Searcora's figure is the whole term, paid once, in USD.
The sum worth noticing: through Searcora, Advanced for twelve months is $340 against $360 for twelve months of Core — the dearer tier costs less over a year, with the team features included. For one or two months Core still wins. Whether Sales Navigator pays back at all is a question the ROI calculator answers with your own funnel numbers, including against our price.
Who Advanced actually suits
A team, even a small one. TeamLink only produces warm paths when colleagues’ networks are connected to it, Smart Links only matter when you send enough content to care who opened it, and seat administration is administration of more than one seat. Two or three people prospecting together is where the layer starts earning its keep.
A solo seller on a twelve-month term — but only through activation pricing, and only because of the arithmetic above: $340 for the year against Core’s $360, with the team features as a side effect rather than the reason. Buying Advanced solo at LinkedIn’s own list price means paying an extra $480 a year for features built around colleagues you do not have; the honest direct-from-LinkedIn answer for one person stays Core.
Nobody whose funnel does not pay for Core first. The tier question is second; whether Sales Navigator earns its cost at all is first, and the calculator answers it with your own reply and close rates — including returning do not buy it against our own price when the numbers say so.
At the end of a term nothing renews by itself: there is no card on file, so the seat simply ends unless you order another term. Your saved leads and lists live inside the Sales Navigator workspace, so export anything you need before a term you do not plan to extend runs out.
How activation works
A licence seat is assigned to the email on your own LinkedIn account. LinkedIn sends the invitation; you accept it while logged in as yourself. No password is requested or stored, your connections and message history stay untouched, and the account remains entirely yours. Activation typically completes within 24 hours of confirmed payment, with 30 days of working support after it and an invoice from Searcora Digital Ltd on request.
Payment is one transfer in USD by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer — or, on a first order, an Upwork contract where Upwork holds the money and runs its own dispute process. Ordering runs through buy Sales Navigator, and who you are buying from names the company behind the price. Not sure Advanced is your tier? Ask on WhatsApp with your team size and term — for short terms the honest answer is Core.
