How Much Does LinkedIn Premium Cost in the UAE?
LinkedIn does not publish an AED price list, but its tax table is specific about the Emirates: 5% VAT, applied unless the customer provides a valid Emirati VAT ID. Here is the dated US-dollar list, the 30-second way to read your real dirham number, and the route that costs less than either: activation on your own account from $25.
The One Market Where a Tax ID Removes the Tax
The UAE has the most interesting tax rule in LinkedIn’s published table. LinkedIn bills the Emirates from abroad as a remote seller, and its tax help page (read 28 August 2026) says it is required to apply VAT — 5% — unless the customer provides a valid Emirati VAT ID. That makes the UAE the rare market where a registered business can lawfully see the tax line disappear at LinkedIn’s checkout, while individual buyers pay the 5%.
What LinkedIn does not publish is the price the VAT applies to: there is no public AED list. Public plan pages quote US dollars, and the dirham figure your account pays lives inside your account. As on our UK, India, Australia, Canada and Singapore pages, this page prints only dated, sourced figures. In a hurry? Message us the plan and term.
The USD List, Next to the Activation Price
Read from LinkedIn’s own pages on 21 August 2026, monthly billing, next to what the same plans cost through activation on your own account:
| Plan | LinkedIn USD list (read 21 Aug 2026) | Through Searcora activation (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Career | $39.99/mo | from $25 |
| Premium Business | $69.99/mo | from $30 |
| Sales Navigator Core | $119.99/mo | $30/mo |
| Sales Navigator Advanced | $159.99/mo | from $30 (1–12 month terms) |
| Recruiter Lite | $170/mo | $50/mo |
Both columns are USD on purpose: LinkedIn sets regional lists separately rather than converting, and our own prices are USD everywhere — useful in the Emirates, where the dirham’s dollar peg makes the mental arithmetic easy but the actual checkout figure still belongs to your account, not to a blog.
Read Your Own AED Price in 30 Seconds
The dirham figure is account-specific, not secret:
- Sign in to your own LinkedIn account.
- Open linkedin.com/premium/products — LinkedIn’s own plans page.
- Read the price at that step, in whatever currency your account is billed in, and flip the monthly and annual toggles — the annual rate is lower per month.
Undated “LinkedIn Premium price in AED” articles are conversions or old screenshots; LinkedIn changes regional prices without announcement.
VAT in the UAE: 5%, Unless You Have a VAT ID
To repeat the documented rule precisely: LinkedIn’s tax help page (read 28 August 2026) says that as a remote seller it must apply VAT to services for Emirati customers unless the customer provides a valid Emirati VAT ID. The UAE’s VAT rate is 5%.
Practically: an individual buyer should expect the 5% on top of whatever AED figure the checkout shows, and a VAT-registered business should enter its VAT ID in LinkedIn’s billing flow before paying — that is the difference between paying the tax and accounting for it yourself under the reverse-charge rules your accountant already knows. Either way, the binding number is the checkout total with your details applied, not the plans-page figure.
Which Plan, for Which Emirates Buyer
The product choice is currency-independent. Premium Career serves the job market — InMail to recruiters, profile-view data, applicant insights — relevant in a hiring market as movement-heavy as the Gulf’s. Premium Business serves people representing a company. For sales prospecting — lead lists, saved searches, decision-maker filters — the right product is Sales Navigator (USD list $119.99/mo Core; $30/mo through activation).
Run the worth-it test first, and check your signed-in plans page for a free-trial offer before paying anyone — us included. If the list price is the obstacle, activation from $25 is the honest alternative.
Activation on Your Own Account, From $25
Searcora activates Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite on the account you already use. The licence seat is sent to your own email and you accept it yourself — no password, no login change. Typically complete within about 24 hours, with 30 days of support.
For UAE buyers: prices are USD — Career from $25, Business from $30, Sales Navigator Core $30/mo, Recruiter Lite $50/mo — paid by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer, identical wherever your account is registered. You pay us rather than LinkedIn’s checkout, so LinkedIn’s VAT line does not apply to what you pay us. Start on the order page or contact us.
What We Do Not Know About UAE Pricing
We do not know your AED list price — it lives behind your login and changes without notice — and we do not know the AED size of the annual-billing discount. We also do not know whether your account is billed in AED or USD; Gulf accounts vary, and the checkout tells you in one glance. What we do know is dated above: the USD list, the documented 5%-unless-VAT-ID rule, and our own prices.
