Sales Navigator List Prices, 2018 to 2026 — Rebuilt From LinkedIn’s Own Archived Pages

LinkedIn does not publish a price history for Sales Navigator. This is one, reconstructed from 157 dated Internet Archive captures of LinkedIn’s own compare-plans page, all 157 fetched and parsed on 8 September 2026. Nine distinct price states, 110 captures that carried a usable price, 47 that did not, and one stretch of roughly 28 months in which LinkedIn published no Sales Navigator price at that address at all. Every figure below links to the capture it was read from. Where LinkedIn’s own page contradicted itself, the contradiction is printed rather than resolved. If a row here does not match what you can see in the archive, tell us and it gets corrected.

What 157 captures show that a quoted figure cannot

Five findings, each checkable against a linked capture

LinkedIn publishes the prices. The series, the arithmetic and the counts below are ours, computed over the table further down, and anyone can reproduce them from the same captures.

1. The Team annual series that circulates online is rounded at the front, and exact at the back. A version of it appears on vendor pages as $1,200 to $1,240 to $1,300, undated and with no source attached. Measured from the captures, the three figures are $1,199.88 (20 May 2018), $1,240.00 (24 Jul 2019) and $1,300.00 (1 Aug 2021). Only the first is wrong, by twelve cents. The instructive part is the other two: $1,240.00 and $1,300.00 really are round dollar figures on a page where most annual totals end in .88, so a reader who assumes the whole series was tidied up is wrong about two thirds of it.

2. LinkedIn published no Sales Navigator price at this URL for about 28 months. The last priced capture before the break is 8 August 2022. The next is 17 December 2024. Between them sit 47 captures with no USD list price in any of them. This is not a hole in the archive, and it is not a parsing failure. It is a hole in what LinkedIn published, and it is shown below as a hole.

3. In November 2025 Advanced moved in two directions at once. Between 5 November and 11 November 2025 the month-to-month rate fell $179.99 to $159.99, down $20.00, while the annual total rose $1,679.88 to $1,799.88, up $120.00. The effect is to collapse the annual saving on Advanced from roughly 22% to roughly 6%, which is a repricing of the commitment rather than of the product.

4. The only .88 annual total that fails a divide-by-twelve check is the one LinkedIn’s own page contradicted itself about. Seven of the ten distinct annual totals divide by 12 to an exact cent. Three do not: $1,240.00 and $1,300.00, which are round dollars and recur at $103.33 and $108.33, and $799.88, which gives $66.6567 — a figure printed nowhere on any capture. $799.88 is also the figure that appears in LinkedIn’s FAQ while its own pricing cards on the same page say $779.88. Two independent tests, one conclusion, and it is why that cell is marked disputed rather than quietly dropped.

5. Over eight years both plans rose 50.0%, on two different billing terms. Core, named Professional until January 2022, went $79.99 to $119.99 month-to-month, a rise of 50.0%. Advanced, named Team until January 2022, went $1,199.88 to $1,799.88 on the annual total, also 50.0%. The convergence is a coincidence of endpoints rather than a policy, which is exactly the kind of claim that needs the whole series behind it before anyone repeats it.

Read this before quoting any figure

LinkedIn publishes two prices per plan, and most price histories mix them

Across the whole period LinkedIn stated two different USD numbers for every plan: a month-to-month rate for paying monthly, and an annual total for paying once a year. They differ by 20% to 35% depending on the era. Most published Sales Navigator price histories quote one series and label it the other, or move between them mid-paragraph without saying so.

Both are recorded separately in the table below, together with the derived annual divided by twelve, so a comparison can be made on like terms. A single figure described only as the price of Sales Navigator, with no billing term attached, is not a fact anyone can check. Our current Sales Navigator pricing page carries the same distinction for today’s figures.

Everything here is list price only. It is what LinkedIn advertised before discounts, promotions, volume terms and tax, all of which LinkedIn’s own page disclaims. Tax in particular is set out somewhere else entirely, and we hold that separately in our country tax dataset.

The measured series

Nine price states, May 2018 to April 2026

Plan names changed on 17 January 2022: Professional became Core and Team became Advanced. Enterprise and Advanced Plus never carried a list price on any of the 157 captures and are therefore absent rather than estimated. Our Core versus Advanced comparison covers what the two tiers actually differ on today.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator USD list prices by price state, read from 157 Internet Archive captures of business.linkedin.com/sales-solutions/compare-plans on 8 September 2026. Each state links to the first capture it was observed on. Price state 3 is shaded and marked disputed because LinkedIn’s pricing cards and its pricing FAQ disagreed on the same page throughout that window. The 2018 Professional annual is marked disputed for a separate reason set out below. State 6 records an absence, not a missing value.

Read the “observed from” and “observed until” columns as capture dates, not as change dates. A price state began at some point between the last capture showing the old figure and the first capture showing the new one. Sampling is uneven, so those windows are days wide in some places and months wide in others. Nothing on this page claims to know the day LinkedIn changed a price, only the day the archive first and last saw each figure.

The hole, shown as a hole

August 2022 to December 2024: 47 captures, no published price

This is the finding a price history built from secondary sources cannot have, because the secondary sources kept quoting figures throughout. The captures for this period exist, all 47 were fetched, and none of them carries a USD list price for Sales Navigator. There are two distinct causes, each separately verifiable.

The 2022 to 2024 break, by cause. Phase B was verified by exhaustive search rather than by parser output: a raw regular expression for dollar amounts, US$, the string “price and the literal values 99.99, 119.99, 159.99 and 179.99 was run over the complete undecoded HTML of each capture, script blocks and embedded JSON included, which the text parser strips. Zero matches in any of them.
PhaseRangeCapturesWhat the capture actually contains
A2022-08-13 to 2023-12-0829The URL served LinkedIn’s Sales Insights product page, a different product. Its FAQ asks how much Sales Insights costs and answers by directing the reader to contact sales. No Sales Navigator pricing present anywhere in the document.
B2024-02-05 to 2024-12-1018The Sales Navigator compare-plans page was restored, but every price had been removed and replaced by View Core pricing and View Advanced pricing buttons linking off-page. Example: 28 April 2024 — 213,922 bytes of HTML, zero price strings.

No value has been interpolated across this gap, and none should be. A straight line drawn from August 2022 to December 2024 would look plausible and would be an invention. If you need a Sales Navigator price for a month inside that window, this dataset cannot give you one, and neither can anything else that is sourced to LinkedIn’s public pricing page.

What the gap does support is a narrower and more useful claim: for roughly 28 months, a buyer could not find out what Sales Navigator cost without asking LinkedIn. That is a fact about LinkedIn’s pricing disclosure, and it is measurable to the capture.

Published, not resolved

Six ambiguities, including seven rows where LinkedIn’s own page contradicted itself

A dataset that hides its disputed cells is easier to read and worth less. These are every case where the source was unclear, self-contradictory or structurally misleading, with what was done about each.

1. The pricing cards and the pricing FAQ disagreed, on the same page

On four captures LinkedIn’s pricing cards and its pricing FAQ stated different figures for the same plan on the same page. Seven plan-rows are affected. Price state 3 in the table above is built from the FAQ, and in May and June 2021 that FAQ is a reversion to the 2018 numbers which the cards had already moved past. That is why state 3 is marked disputed, and why the 18 May 2019 capture is best read as carrying a stale FAQ.

Captures where LinkedIn’s pricing FAQ and its pricing cards disagreed. Both figures are printed here. Neither has been chosen on the reader’s behalf.

2021-06-14Team$1,199.88$1,240.00$103.33

2. The $799.88 against $779.88 Professional annual

$799.88 appears in the FAQ in 2018 and again in the disputed 2021 window. $779.88 appears in the FAQ from July 2019 and is corroborated by the pricing card, which showed $64.99 a month billed as one payment of $779.88. The arithmetic separates them: $779.88 ÷ 12 = $64.99 exactly, matching the card, while $799.88 ÷ 12 = $66.6567, which matches no monthly figure printed anywhere on any capture. Both are recorded. The 2018 page carried plan cards with no prices on them at all, so $799.88 has no independent corroboration in its own capture.

3. Advanced disappears from the FAQ, June to August 2022

Price state 6 lists Core only. This is not an extraction failure. The FAQ on those four captures names Sales Navigator Core and nothing else. Advanced’s last stated price before the blackout is therefore state 5, and the state 6 cell is left empty rather than carried forward, because carrying a figure forward through a period when the page stopped stating it is how a guess becomes a citation.

4. The plan-column table trap, December 2024 to November 2025

In this era the prices sit in a currency-by-plan table whose header cells carry colspan="2", with the USD row holding four price cells. Reading that table in document order attributes the prices to the wrong plan. Verified directly: on 31 January 2025 a text-order parse returns Advanced at $99.99 and $959.88 and drops Core entirely, and both of those are wrong. $99.99 and $959.88 are Core. These captures were parsed with a colspan-aware table parser that resolves column index to plan before reading any price, recorded as table-colspan in the ledger. This is the single largest source of error available to anyone quoting Sales Navigator prices from that period, and it produces figures that look reasonable, which is what makes it dangerous.

5. What the “View pricing” buttons do and do not hide

From March 2024 the compare table shows View Core pricing and View Advanced pricing buttons. In the Phase B captures above those buttons are the only pricing affordance and no price exists in the document. From December 2024 the buttons remain, but LinkedIn also prints the full price list in the FAQ below, which is what this dataset reads. No figure here was taken from behind a toggle, and none was inferred from button text.

6. Not an ambiguity: the November 2025 divergence is real

Advanced month-to-month fell while its annual total rose, which is the shape of an extraction bug. It is not one. Both figures are stated twice in the same capture, in two independently worded passages that agree exactly, and the page’s own stated discounts reproduce them. LinkedIn stated a 6% saving with annual billing on Advanced: $159.99 × 12 = $1,919.88, and $1,799.88 is 6.25% below that. For Core it stated 25%: $119.99 × 12 = $1,439.88, and $1,079.88 is 25.00% below that exactly. Verified at the 11 November 2025 capture.

How this was built

Method, scope and limits

Capture enumeration. Every status-200 capture of business.linkedin.com/sales-solutions/compare-plans was listed through the Internet Archive CDX API. That returns 158 rows, being 157 unique captures across 71 distinct months from 20 May 2018 to 16 April 2026. One timestamp appears twice with different content digests, which is where the 158 against 157 comes from.

Retrieval. Each capture was fetched once, sequentially, with a 2.5 second delay and three retries, using the archive’s id_ modifier so the response is LinkedIn’s original bytes without the archive’s rewriting or injected toolbar. Three responses arrived gzip-encoded and were decompressed. All 157 were retrieved and parsed locally, a 100% parse rate, so every figure is reproducible without hitting the archive again.

Extraction, two methods chosen per capture by page structure. Where the prices sit in a plan-column table, from December 2024 to November 2025, the table is parsed as a real DOM grid with colspan expanded so that column index maps to plan before any price is read. Everywhere else the prices are stated in prose next to their plan name, so the text is segmented at each plan-name anchor and prices are read only from inside a segment. The method used is recorded per capture in the ledger. Where a plan-column table exists it always wins, because the text method is known to mis-attribute on that layout.

Billing period and currency. Period is taken from the unit text immediately following each price, never from position. Currency is taken from the symbol and its prefix, so US$, A$, C$, £, € and ₹ are distinguished and a localised row cannot leak into the USD series. EUR figures use comma-decimal notation and are parsed accordingly.

What was rejected. Prices with no plan attribution. All non-USD figures, which were captured and parsed but excluded from the headline series so one currency runs end to end. Enterprise and Advanced Plus, which never carried a list price on any capture. Every third-party figure — no blog, vendor page or secondary source contributed a single number to this page. And interpolation of any kind.

Validation performed. Four checks, with results stated rather than summarised. Annual totals divided by twelve land on an exact cent for seven of the ten distinct annual figures, the exceptions being $1,240.00 and $1,300.00, which are round dollars and recur, and the disputed $799.88. Where the page printed both an annual total and a monthly-equivalent, the two agree on seven of nine price states, the two failures being the disputed May 2021 window. From November 2025 the page’s own stated annual savings reproduce the annual figures, and two independently worded passages in each capture agree on every capture in that run. On the table-era captures a naive text-order parse was run alongside the DOM parse and disagreed, which is how the plan-column trap was found.

Corrections. If a figure here does not match the capture it links to, that is a defect and we would rather fix it than be cited incorrectly. Write to contact.amirjutt@gmail.com with the capture timestamp and the cell, and the page and its read date get updated.

Scope

What this dataset supports, and what it does not

Supported, each with a linked capture on this page: that Sales Navigator Core, formerly Professional, went $79.99 to $99.99 to $119.99 month-to-month between 2018 and 2026. That the Advanced, formerly Team, annual total went $1,199.88 to $1,240.00 to $1,300.00 to $1,500.00 to $1,679.88 to $1,799.88. That LinkedIn published no Sales Navigator price on this page for roughly 28 months. That in November 2025 Advanced’s monthly fell while its annual rose. That Core month-to-month rose 50.0% and the Advanced annual total rose 50.0% over the period. That Core’s annual total rose 38.5% from the corroborated $779.88 of July 2019, or 35.0% from the disputed 2018 figure — cite the 2019 baseline, or state both.

Not supported, and please do not cite this page for any of it: any price for a month inside the August 2022 to December 2024 gap. That price state 3 was a real price change, because the page contradicted itself. Any single figure for “the price of Sales Navigator” that does not say whether it is month-to-month or annual. Any non-USD trend as equivalent to the USD trend, because localised prices were re-cut rather than converted. And anything at all about effective prices paid, because this is list price before discounts, promotions, tax and volume terms, all of which LinkedIn’s own page disclaims.

The dataset also says nothing about what a seat costs today through anyone other than LinkedIn. For the current list figures and how activation on your own account compares, see the Sales Navigator pricing page.

Reuse

Citing or reusing this data

You are welcome to quote the figures, reproduce rows, redraw the series as a chart, or use the calculations in the findings section, in your own writing or research. We ask two things, and only two. Name the underlying source, which is LinkedIn’s own archived pages rather than us. And link back, so your readers can reach the capture links and check any figure you have quoted — which is the whole point of the exercise, and the thing that undated price histories cannot offer.

Suggested attribution: “LinkedIn Sales Navigator list-price history 2018–2026, compiled by Searcora from 157 Internet Archive captures of LinkedIn’s own compare-plans page, read 8 September 2026 — searcora.com/linkedin-sales-navigator-price-history”.

If you are correcting a price history you have already published, the four figures most often wrong are the 2018 Team annual, which is $1,199.88 and not $1,200, anything at all for 2023 or most of 2024, which LinkedIn did not publish, the Core and Advanced attribution across the December 2024 to November 2025 table era, which document-order parsing reverses, and the November 2025 Advanced monthly, which fell rather than rose. Every one of those is linked to its capture above.

If you are writing about LinkedIn pricing and want a figure checked before you publish it, or want to know whether anything has moved since this read date, email us. We would rather answer than watch a rounded number circulate for another eight years.

Who compiled this

The company behind the dataset, and what it will not claim

Searcora Digital Ltd is a UK registered company at 78 Dulverton Road, London, SE9 3RL, England, run by Muhammad Amir. We build this kind of primary-source reference because our commercial work sits next to it: we provide activation support for LinkedIn Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite seats on the customer’s own account. A licence seat is assigned to your own email address, LinkedIn sends the invitation to you, and you accept it while signed into your own account. We never ask for your password and we do not sell accounts or logins. If you want that, it is a WhatsApp message away, and if you only wanted the price history then the price history is above and costs nothing.

What we will not claim: that we are a LinkedIn partner, reseller or affiliate, that a plan cannot be withdrawn by LinkedIn, or that any subscription produces a particular sales outcome. LinkedIn sets and enforces its own terms — we speak only for what we do. This page reads LinkedIn’s public archived pages and says so, which is the entire extent of the relationship.

Why we published the disputes. A price history with clean cells everywhere is either lucky or edited. Ours has a 28-month hole, seven self-contradicting rows and a figure whose own arithmetic does not close. Printing those is what makes the rest of it worth quoting.

Every capture, including the ones that gave nothing

Full capture ledger: all 157 captures

110 captures yielded a plan-to-price mapping. 47 did not: 29 served the Sales Insights page and 18 were Sales Navigator pages carrying no price data anywhere in the HTML. All 157 are listed, because a dataset that shows only its successful reads is asking to be trusted rather than checked.

All 157 unique status-200 Internet Archive captures of business.linkedin.com/sales-solutions/compare-plans, 20 May 2018 to 16 April 2026, fetched and parsed 8 September 2026. OK means a plan-to-price mapping was extracted. INSIGHTS means the URL served LinkedIn’s Sales Insights page instead. NO-PRICE means a Sales Navigator page with zero price data anywhere in the document. Timestamps are UTC and each links to the capture.

Common Questions

LinkedIn's own compare-plans page, captured on 20 May 2018, listed Sales Navigator Professional at $79.99 a month and Team at $129.99 a month, with annual totals of $799.88 and $1,199.88. Treat the $799.88 with care. It appears only in that page's FAQ, the plan cards on the same capture carried no prices at all, and it is the one annual figure in the whole series ending in .88 that does not divide by twelve to a whole number of cents.
Because LinkedIn did not publish one at that address. The captures exist and all of them were parsed. For 29 of them the URL served LinkedIn's Sales Insights product page instead, whose own FAQ answers the cost question by directing the reader to contact sales. For the other 18 the Sales Navigator compare-plans page was back but every price had been removed and replaced by buttons linking off-page. We searched the complete raw HTML of those 18, script blocks and embedded JSON included, for any dollar amount at all and found none. Nothing has been interpolated across that gap.
Both, depending on how you pay. Between the captures of 5 and 11 November 2025 the month-to-month rate fell from $179.99 to $159.99, a drop of $20.00, while the annual total rose from $1,679.88 to $1,799.88, a rise of $120.00. That looks like an extraction error and is not. Both figures are stated twice in the same capture, in two independently worded passages that agree exactly, and the page's own stated annual saving of about 6% reproduces the annual figure from the monthly one.
Core, called Professional until January 2022, went from $79.99 to $119.99 month-to-month, a rise of 50.0%. Advanced, called Team until January 2022, went from an annual total of $1,199.88 to $1,799.88, also 50.0%. Core's annual total rose 38.5% measured from the corroborated $779.88 of July 2019. Measured from the disputed 2018 figure of $799.88 it is 35.0%, which is why the baseline is stated every time.
Every figure was read from a dated Internet Archive capture of business.linkedin.com/sales-solutions/compare-plans, and every figure on this page links to the specific capture it came from. No blog, vendor page or other secondary source contributed a single number. The full ledger of all 157 captures is on this page, including the 47 that carried no usable price, so you can check what was excluded as well as what was kept.
