Sales Navigator Advanced Plus: What It Adds, What It Costs, and Whether You Need It
By Muhammad Amir, Searcora Digital Ltd · LinkedIn Help pages read 22 October 2026
Advanced Plus is LinkedIn’s top Sales Navigator tier, and it is built around one thing: connecting Sales Navigator to your CRM in both directions. Everything else a sales team uses — TeamLink, Smart Links, Buyer Intent, shared lists, CSV upload — is already in Advanced. So the real question is simple: does your team need Sales Navigator data written into the CRM automatically? This page sets out what LinkedIn’s own help pages say Advanced Plus adds, what it costs, and how to decide.
What Advanced Plus adds on top of Advanced
LinkedIn describes Advanced Plus as the best option if you need to integrate your CRM with Sales Navigator. According to its help pages, these features are in Advanced Plus and not in Advanced:
- CRM information into Sales Navigator: auto-saving leads and accounts from the CRM, including or excluding matched leads, viewing CRM opportunity information, auto-generated lists of opportunities and risks, and CRM-powered lead recommendations.
- Sales Navigator information into the CRM: logging InMails, messages, notes and Smart Links back to the CRM, creating and updating CRM leads and contacts directly from Sales Navigator, and flagging out-of-date CRM data with Data Validation and CRM badges.
- Embedded profiles (SNAP): Sales Navigator information shown inside the CRM and other tools in your workflow.
- Admin features: ROI reporting, CRM sandbox support, and assigning seats based on CRM roles.
- Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams.
Which CRMs Advanced Plus syncs with
LinkedIn lists CRM Sync with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Sales and Salesforce, and an Embedded Profile in Freshworks. It also notes that CRM Sync must be enabled to use certain CRM-powered capabilities, including ROI reporting. If your CRM is not on that list, the main reason to buy Advanced Plus does not apply to you — check before you start a sales conversation.

How much Sales Navigator Advanced Plus costs
LinkedIn does not publish a price for Advanced Plus. It is quoted through LinkedIn’s sales team, and the figure depends on the number of seats, the contract length and what is negotiated. Any single number you see online is an estimate, not LinkedIn pricing. For comparison, LinkedIn’s published US list prices are $119.99 a month for Core and $159.99 a month for Advanced (read 21 August 2026). Before asking for a quote, list the CRM features from the table above that your team would use every week — that list is what you are paying for.
Do you need Advanced Plus, or is Advanced enough?
Most teams that search for Advanced Plus end up on Advanced. Work through these honestly:
- You need Advanced Plus if your CRM is the system of record, managers expect every InMail and note logged automatically, and reps should not be retyping LinkedIn data into Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot or Oracle Sales.
- You need Advanced Plus if admins must prove return on the licences with ROI reporting, or assign seats from CRM roles.
- Advanced is enough if you want TeamLink introductions, Smart Links, Buyer Intent, shared lists and CSV upload, and are happy to update the CRM yourselves.
- Advanced is enough for small teams and agencies, where a negotiated enterprise contract costs more in time than the sync saves.
- Core is enough for one seller working alone with no account list to upload — see Sales Navigator Core.
