LinkedIn Premium for Teams: What LinkedIn Sells for Groups, and How to Buy Several Seats

By Muhammad Amir, Searcora Digital Ltd · LinkedIn Help pages read 22 October 2026

Searching for a LinkedIn Premium team plan usually means one of three things: two people who want to share, a sales team that needs Sales Navigator, or a manager who wants Premium on several people’s accounts on one bill. LinkedIn handles each differently. This page sets out what LinkedIn’s own help pages describe for groups, which plan suits which role, and how to buy several fixed-term seats in one order.

What LinkedIn offers for more than one person

LinkedIn’s help pages describe three ways to cover more than one person. None of them is a single “Premium team plan” for any number of people.

  • Premium Duo, for two people. One member pays for Premium Career or Business and invites one other person by email. Each account stays private. See LinkedIn Premium Duo for the rules and the price.
  • Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus, for sales teams. LinkedIn lists Core as a single-user plan and Advanced and Advanced Plus as multiple-user plans. Advanced adds team collaboration, shared lists, Buyer Intent and Smart Links; Advanced Plus adds full CRM sync.
  • The Premium Company Page bundle, for a business owner. Eligible Page super admins can buy a Premium Company Page subscription and one individual Premium subscription — Business, Career, Sales Navigator Core or Premium All-in-One — in one transaction, with a 20% discount.
  • Everything else is per person. Outside those, each person subscribes on their own account. LinkedIn Learning has its own team plan, covered in LinkedIn Learning cost.
Which plan

Which plan suits which role

Buying one plan for everybody is the most common way teams overspend. Match the plan to what each person does on LinkedIn.

  • Sales and business development: Sales Navigator. Core does the prospecting; Advanced is worth it when two or more people need shared lists or TeamLink — see Core vs Advanced.
  • Founders, consultants and marketing: Premium Business, for profile visibility, unlimited browsing of people and company insights.
  • Recruiters: Recruiter Lite, built for hiring rather than selling — see LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
  • Staff who mainly want to be found: often nothing at all. A complete free profile does most of the work; Premium Career is for people actively job-hunting.
Do not share

Why one login for the whole team is a bad idea

The cheapest-looking option — one subscription and one password shared around the office — is the one that costs most. LinkedIn’s User Agreement expects one account per person, logins from several places at once are the pattern that gets accounts restricted, and every message appears to come from one person. You also lose any record of who did what. Several cheaper seats beat one shared expensive one.

Several seats

Buying several seats in one order through Searcora

Searcora Digital Ltd is a UK-registered company and is not affiliated with LinkedIn. We activate fixed terms on your own LinkedIn account — as a licence seat on your sign-in email or an activation link you redeem yourself. No password is asked for and nothing renews. For a team, each person gets their own seat on their own LinkedIn account, the plans can differ from person to person, and you pay once for the whole order by Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer in US dollars, with one invoice from Searcora Digital Ltd on request.

Send us the number of seats, the plan for each and the term on WhatsApp, and we confirm the route and the total in writing before you pay.

Planning

How to plan terms for a team

A few decisions up front save money over the year.

  • Match the term to the work. A three-month outbound campaign needs three-month seats, not twelve.
  • Stagger new starters. Order a seat when someone actually starts prospecting, not on the day they join.
  • Keep a list of who holds which plan and when each term ends, so nobody is surprised mid-campaign.
  • Review the plan mix every quarter. People who never use InMail or Sales Navigator search do not need them.

Questions

Not as a single plan for any number of people. LinkedIn’s help pages describe Premium Duo for two people, multiple-user Sales Navigator Advanced and Advanced Plus for sales teams, and a Premium Company Page bundle for Page admins. Otherwise each person subscribes on their own account.
At LinkedIn’s US list price it is the per-person price times the number of people: $39.99 a month for Career and $69.99 for Business per person. Through Searcora, seats are paid once per term, for example $140 for 12 months of Career per person.
No. LinkedIn’s User Agreement expects one account per person, and shared logins from several places are a common reason for restriction. Each person needs their own plan or seat.
Yes. Through Searcora each seat is ordered separately, so one person can have Sales Navigator and another Premium Business in the same order and on the same invoice.
An offer for eligible LinkedIn Page super admins to buy a Premium Company Page subscription together with one individual Premium subscription in a single transaction, with a 20% discount, according to LinkedIn’s help pages.
